Abby Elliott

Abby Elliott (born June 16 1987) is an American actress and comedian who was a part of the cast on Saturday Night Live from 2008 to 2012 and has since been a part of the Bravo comedy Odd Mom Out and the NBC sitcom Indebted. The actress is the daughter and co-star of comedian Chris Elliott. Elliott was the elder of two children . She was born in New York City. She is the daughter of Paula Niedert, a talent coordinator and Chris Elliott, an actor/comedian. Her father was Bob Elliott (radio comedian). She is younger sister to actress Bridey Elliott. Both of them were born in Wilton, Connecticut. She attended Immaculate High School Danbury, Connecticut where she performed in school musicals and plays. She graduated from Immaculate High School, Connecticut in 2005. Then, she quit Marymount Manhattan College during her first semester. In 2010, Elliott was in a relationship with Fred Armisen who was a Saturday Night Live cast member. Their relationship ended in September of 2011. On September 3 of 2016, Elliott married Bill Kennedy, a television writer. They have a daughter named Edith Pepper Kennedy. Elliott was a student at The Groundlings and eventually began training and performing in various sketch comedy shows at the Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre (UCB) in Los Angeles.
